May 2021 bring you much good health and inner peace. 2020 has been an extremely difficult year for people worldwide. We had to learn new ways of coping with a violently spreading virus and we are still learning… From various levels of restrictions to lockdowns; from working from home to not working at all; from self-isolation to wanting to be outdoors at any price… Hopefully everyone will find solace in this new year and take this time to learn about oneself… Happy learning.
It’s almost been a year since I’ve written a blogpost. I’m in the midst of changing my blog so please bear with me… The new blog will focus on a healthy lifestyle – nutrition, exercise and getting out doors…
